Indoor Air Quality

Are you just competing against price and other contractors selling the box?

Isn’t it time to start improving margin? Do you know how much money is left on the table? Invest a little time with us to understand the indoor air quality opportunity.

Your customers have a need and, as an industry, we’re not delivering. The big box stores are taking away IAQ sales and we’re the guys in the home.

Give us some time and learn about the Healthy Home System, a whole house solution delivering fresh, clean and pure air even when not heating or cooling!

Improve margins and differentiate yourself from companies that only compete on price.

Your presenter is Tim Begoske, Director of Training at Field Controls, with 45 years of HVAC experience.

 How Measuring Improves Everything

There’s an old adage that goes something like this: what gets measured, gets done. While most people agree with the concept, very few embrace it fully. Neglecting this fundamental “performance law” leads to a business (and personal life) full of disappointments as very few dreams or expectations become realities.

To close the gap between desired expectations and actual performance, you must consistently apply the tried-and-true principle of measurement. During the “How Measuring Improves Everything” seminar, attendees will discover:

 Why measuring activities and results leads to better performance

 Which performance measurements are required to improve:

o Teamwork

o Business practices

o HVAC systems

o Customer satisfaction

o Net profits

 What measured-performance “best practices” should your HVAC business implement

Attendees will receive a copy of the presentation slides and a “Confidential Teamwork Assessment Process” they can use to measure how their teammates feel about the current state of teamwork in the business.
